InterWorx is sold as three SKUs, and the differences between them are simpler than they look: an account/site cap that two of the three SKUs share, whether you're licensing VPS or dedicated infrastructure, and whether Softaculous auto-installer comes bundled. All three SKUs include NodeWorx clustering — that's not a differentiator between tiers here, unlike some other panels where clustering is reserved for the top tier.

A few things worth noting if you're comparing these:
- VPS Lease and Dedicated Limited share the same cap. Both are capped at 35 accounts/sites. The real difference between them isn't the cap — it's that VPS Lease is licensed for VPS infrastructure and comes with a 4 CPU core resource limit, doesn't bundle Softaculous, and costs less. Dedicated Limited is licensed for dedicated infrastructure and bundles Softaculous.
- Dedicated Unlimited removes the cap entirely. If you expect to grow past 35 accounts, or don't want to think about the ceiling at all, this is the tier that removes it.
- Clustering is available on all three. If you've seen other write-ups suggesting VPS licenses can't run NodeWorx clustering, that's not accurate for the current InterWorx catalog — clustering is a listed, included feature on VPS Lease as well as both Dedicated SKUs.
Choosing between VPS Lease and Dedicated Limited
Since both SKUs cap out at the same 35 accounts/sites, the decision usually comes down to:
- Infrastructure type. VPS Lease is for VPS deployments; Dedicated Limited is for dedicated servers.
- CPU resources. VPS Lease specifies a 4 CPU core limit as part of the license. If your VPS plan has more cores than that, check with your provider on how that interacts with the license before ordering.
- Softaculous. Dedicated Limited (and Dedicated Unlimited) bundle the Softaculous auto-installer. VPS Lease does not list Softaculous as included.
- Price. VPS Lease is the cheaper of the two at $7.80/mo versus $12.85/mo.
When to go Unlimited
Dedicated Unlimited makes sense once 35 accounts/sites is a real constraint, or you'd rather not track a ceiling as you grow. It carries the same clustering and Softaculous bundling as Dedicated Limited, just without the site cap.
